From Merchants: We collect information required to create your store, including store name, category, city, country, WhatsApp number, brand logo, and an encrypted 4-digit PIN for authentication.

From End-Customers: When customers place an order on a Merchant's store, the order details are formatted and sent directly to the Merchant's WhatsApp. Kart&Grow does not store customer payment information or process customer transactions.

Usage Data: We collect analytics data, including UTM parameters and visit sources, to populate the Merchant dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To operate and maintain your online store and admin dashboard.
• To secure your account using session-based authentication and brute-force protection.
• To process subscription payments via UPI validation.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party services to run our platform:

• Image Hosting: Store logos and product images are securely hosted on trusted cloud infrastructure.
• Analytics: We use privacy-compliant analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve our platform.
• Infrastructure: Your data is stored on industry-standard cloud databases and hosting services with encryption at rest and in transit.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including bcrypt hashing for PINs and SSL encryption, to protect your data.
