Kart&Grow provides a no-code online store builder that allows users ("Merchants") to create a digital storefront and receive customer orders directly via WhatsApp. We provide the software platform; we do not sell the products listed on the Merchant stores.
2. Intermediary Status & Liability
Kart&Grow acts strictly as a technology intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000.
We are not a party to any transaction between the Merchant and their customers.
We do not process payments for the goods sold by Merchants; all order communications and payments are settled directly between the customer and the Merchant via WhatsApp or outside our platform.
Kart&Grow is not liable for product quality, delivery, refunds, or any disputes arising between the Merchant and the buyer.
3. Merchant Obligations
Merchants must not sell illegal, prohibited, or restricted items under Indian law.
Merchants are solely responsible for setting their own store policies, managing inventory, and fulfilling orders.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 4-digit admin PIN and are liable for all activities under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Kart&Grow offers a 7-day free trial.
Post-trial, continued access requires a paid subscription (Monthly at Rs.499 or Yearly at Rs.4,999) processed via UPI.
Kart&Grow reserves the right to suspend or delete stores with expired subscriptions.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any store that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or receives excessive complaints, without prior notice or refund.
