Kart&Grow provides a risk-free 7-day free trial that requires no credit card or payment information to start. We encourage all users to fully test the platform during this period to ensure it meets their business needs.
Our paid plans (Monthly and Yearly) are billed via UPI. Because we offer a fully functional 7-day free trial, all subscription payments made post-trial are considered final and non-refundable.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by simply not renewing your payment at the end of your billing cycle. Once a subscription expires, your public store page will be temporarily suspended, but your data will be retained for a grace period before permanent deletion, allowing you to renew if you choose.
In the rare event of a duplicate payment due to a technical error with the UPI gateway, please contact our support team with your UTR number, and the duplicate amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
